Terms & Conditions
1. Program Eligibility
The Free Fabric Program applies exclusively to qualifying furniture orders from A Squared Design Studio’s Inline Collection. Complimentary upholstery fabric is available from our designated fabric selections with eligible purchases.
Custom-designed furniture and products outside the Inline Collection are excluded unless otherwise approved in writing.
2. Minimum Order Requirements
To qualify for the Free Fabric Program, customers must meet any ONE of the following minimum order quantities:

Customers are only required to meet the minimum quantity for one qualifying furniture category. Purchases across multiple categories are not required.
Complimentary fabric applies only to furniture categories that independently meet their respective minimum order quantities. Additional furniture purchased in other categories will not qualify for complimentary fabric unless those categories also meet their own minimum requirements.
For example, an order of 12 dining chairs and 1 sofa would qualify for complimentary fabric on the dining chairs only. The sofa would not qualify unless the sofa minimum of 2 pieces is met.
Orders below the stated minimums may be quoted separately.
3. Fabric Selection
Complimentary fabric is limited to designated selections within A Squared Design Studio’s Free Fabric Program.
Multiple fabric selections may be used on qualifying furniture at no additional fabric cost, provided all selected fabrics are included in the designated program.
Premium fabrics, leather, specialty materials, and customer-specified fabrics outside the program are excluded or subject to additional charges. All fabric selections are subject to availability.
4. Pricing & Additional Charges
The promotion covers qualifying upholstery fabric only. Furniture manufacturing, custom modifications, upgraded finishes, freight, delivery, installation, and applicable taxes are billed separately unless otherwise specified in writing.
5. Customization
Changes to standard dimensions, construction, finishes, or upholstery specifications may result in additional charges and must be approved before production.
6. Product & Material Availability
All furniture and fabric selections are subject to availability. Comparable substitutions may be offered for customer approval when necessary.
7. Orders & Production
All orders require an approved quotation and applicable deposit. Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on manufacturing schedules and material availability.
8. Promotional Restrictions
This promotion applies to new qualifying orders only and cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or previously issued quotations unless approved in writing.
9. Changes & Cancellations
Changes or cancellations after production has commenced may be subject to additional charges or restrictions under the applicable sales agreement.
10. Program Modifications
A Squared Design Studio reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time without affecting previously accepted orders with confirmed promotional pricing.
11. General Conditions
All purchases remain subject to A Squared Design Studio’s standard sales terms and conditions provided with the applicable quotation or purchase agreement.
